Free standard shipping within the continental US on orders over $40, before tax and shipping charges.

Free shipping on international orders over $25. Please note international orders are subject to a 3-7 days processing time, but delivery times may vary depending on the country of delivery. WLB is not responsible for any customs or shipping taxes of which the customer may receive as part of their delivery.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day Memorial Day 4th of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Christmas Day

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carriers site Easily track your order at wllbeauty.com by signing into my account.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tag, original package, & proof of purchase.

All orders are subject to a 1-5 working day processing time and returns are currently being accepted within 15 days for products purchased online at WLBEAUTY.com.

Accepted returns will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment.

Please note that clearance items cannot be returned, & exchange allowed on specified items within 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for a product!
