Before you book please note:
1) We are CASH ONLY. All prices are cash prices including gratuity and tax.
Debit/Credit Card is held only for cancel fee collection and can NOT be used in stores to pay for the service.
2) We are by APPOINTMENT ONLY, no walk-ins.
All NO-SHOWs, Last-Minute Cancellation, and Schedule Changes made within 4 hours to your appointment time will incur 30% fee.

3) Retouch prices are offered within 14 DAYS ONLY.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
To qualify for retouch prices, the original set must be done from one of our locations.
You can NOT book for retouch if it is your first visit or it is past 14 days since you have gotten them done from us.

Before Appointment
DO NOT apply makeup over the eye area, specifically oil based products. Makeup close to the eye area must be removed prior to application.
DO NOT put on mascara as this will prevent proper application of the extension.
DO NOT curl your lashes before your appointment.
After Appointment
LOOK BUT DON'T TOUCH ~ Be gentle & DO NOT touch, rub, or wet your lashes for the first 12 hours after application. AVOID swimming, steam room, extreme heat for 12 hours after application. DO NOT curl, perm, tint, or use oil based products/makeup only use water based. Curling, perming, and tinting will break the bond on the extensions and might damage your natural lashes, & oil-based products will dissolve the adhesive on the eyelash extensions and will cause extensions to fall out sooner than expected. AVOID sleeping face down to prevent pressing against your eyelashes, & DO NOT pull on any loose extensions or attempt to remove the extensions yourself; instead allow the extensions to fall off naturally or schedule an appointment to have them professionally removed. MAINTAIN your lash extensions with regular touch-up appointments. Please schedule in advance as availability can be limited.
